President and Hermana Gomez with Hermana ClarkeThe countdown to the new mission president continues.....this week we went back to the mission home. The remodeling is going great and the place will look brand new. It is amazing the amount of work that they can do in two weeks!!
This week President and Sister Gomez had their exit mission interview with Elder Clarke. He was visiting the Tegucigalpa mission and took some time to do this. After the interview Wayne caught Hermana Gomez with her teary eyes. They are starting to realize that the mission is coming to a close very quickly. It is a bittersweet time...ready to start a new segment of their life....yet loving the time in the mission.
Catching Hermana Gomez in a teary momentWe were also able to see some of the children....Mauro, Andres and Sebi....in the dental clinic yesterday. They were great patients...no cavities...and just cleanings!!

! How exciting that you will be doiing two missions in one!! You will be able to see the Taylors too and keep up with their activities. Our service was for two years so we too are headed home on June 7, 2010!! Glad you are doing well. Love the blog!
