TACO BAR

It seems that there is a universal law with missionaries. They can and will eat anything and everything. Last week for Honduras Dia de Independencia we had the office missionaries over for a taco bar. Wayne has perfected the salsa that he has been working on for a few months, and we made tacos with all the trimmings.

It was amazing what these eight missionaries ate. We fried up over 50 taco shells…hard and soft ones. They ate all of those and we didn’t even count the flour tortillas that were consumed. They were great. We had chips and salsa, tacos with everything, dips, etc. To top it off there were HUGE brownies with ice cream and chocolate syrup. What a feast. What a great group of missionaries.

We have not found a good mexican restaurant here. Seriously. The best mexican food I have is taquitos from 7-Eleven. Wayne's salsa looks incredible. Yummy!
