Just had to include this picture in my blog. The other day we were traveling through the countryside and we looked and saw this patchwork of farming plots along the side of the hill. It is amazing to us how the people here use every patch of land that they can. They grow wonderful produce here. Sometimes they are planting corn on the top of a very high mountain....and most of the harvesting and "carrying down" the mountain are done by hand.

What a beautiful mountain! I love flying over farms to get this same effect of the "patchwork" look.
