PRIMARY PROGRAM

Some of our Primary children and workers
after one of our mid-week practices

After last years Primary program successes, we didn't think that it would be possible to have a repeat here in Guatemala. BUT....this year was even more fun because I got to help with our ward's program. For the past couple of months I have been going into Primary with my piano keyboard and helping the children review the songs for the program.

We had a couple of practices during the week (the kids are out of school right now for their extended vacation)....and they were prepared by the time the Sunday came. It just amazes me how the program always comes off...singing with loud voices, parts memorized, sitting semi-quietly in the choir seats.

I had to "bear my testimony" as a member of the Primary staff. That of course was two or three days of writing out what I wanted to say about eternal families and practicing it in front of the mirror. I didn't do too badly....at least I got through it without too many glitches!!

Hope your ward program was as fun for you as mine was for me!!
