BAPTISM PINATA

We love the traditions here in Central America. Last week we went to a baptism at our ward for one of the little girls that comes to my piano group. It was a great baptism with lots of her family there and many of the members of the ward as well. HAPPY BAPTISM NICOLE!!

After the baptism they serve food (which is great)...but the biggest surprise of all to us was that they had a PINATA!! They put it up in the parking lot over the soccer goal and the kids just went at it until the candy came out. It seems that every party we go to has a pinata...they are really popular here. But this was the first baptism that we have been to with one!!!
